| Cheetah Shirtdress- Old Navy Belt- Target (in stores) Wedges- Cooperative for Urban Outfitters |
This dress (from Old Navy, naturally) is great. The bottom half is lined; the material is thick; the cut is flattering. The shoes, the only thing I've actually ever purchased from Urban Outfitters, make an appearance again. I think the combination is even better than my last animal print and mint try. It was a great look for an afternoon matinee at the theatre on Sunday.
The rest of my weekend was uneventful. I finally won a lot of Christopher Pike and R.L. Stine young adult horror novels on Ebay. I grew up on these babies. I probably bought one novel a week in 4th through 6th grade. They have long since been sold or lost, but after waxing nostalgic about it with Tara, I decided I needed to own them again. So you can guess what I did- lots of reading. It was pretty wonderful. Any other fans of Stine or Pike out there?
And finally, in case you missed the big announcement over the weekend, I have opened a StoreEnvy site to sell some of my clothes. The link is over in the right-hand toolbar and if you are my size, I'd love for you to check it out. I'm not trying to pimp myself out, I promise, but I think the prices are reasonable.

this is a fabulous outfit. You look amazing, as usual.
Leopard + mint = awesome!! And I definitely remember the days of reading Goosebumps in bed and scaring myself. You're making me want to re-read them :)
So glad you like the necklace! I may have bought two so I could have one, too :) I have GOT to add some animal print to my wardrobe!
Love the outfit. I remember reading R.L. Stine when I was a kid, first Goosebumps, then moved onto Fear Street in later grade school. Used to love those books, until I discovered Ann Rice in 7th grade.

How did I miss this cheetah dress at ON? You look gorgeous. And I agree, you can wear animal print with anything. Um, I used to own all of the RL Stine books. They were my favorite!

I love it on you. I have restricted my self with fashion a lot lately because of my coworkers. (they cannot wrap their heads around cheetah print pants) but I may be switching jobs soon so hopefully that will all change!
I am convinced this dress looks fantastic on everyone! Love it on you:)
I've been reading your blog for about 3 months now...first time commenting. You are such a stylish dresser. You always look so pulled together and take the best photos. I love this cheetah dress on you with the mint additions - it looks fab! I'm plus size and you give me so much inspiration!
I love how this looks paired with the mint accessories! I clearly can't tell the difference between cheetah and leopard, because I thought it was leopard print, ha. Congrats on opening up your store! I've been meaning to do the same, but I just haven't found the time to get around to it.

I was a HUGE R.L. Stine reader in school, loved Goosebumps, then moved on to Fear Street...of course that was in between my Babysitter Club books! :-)
Eeeeep! Loooove R.L. Stine and Christopher Pike. I was just thinking about my favorite Pike novels the other day and wishing that I could reread them. Also, love the outfit - I wish I was one tenth as stylish as you!

Tabitha- the entire site was down for a while tonight! It's back up and I've added some new stuff as well. I hope you'll check it out!
A lot of it was too big or too small, but seriously, some of it I was just totally and completely bored with.
Going to check your blog out right now!
Thank you, Natasha!
Thank you, Marie!
Yes, another R.L. Stine fan!
I was so excited, and I am loving these books the second time around!
Thank you so much, Elena!
No, I think I'll hold on to this one for a while! ;) Thank you so much!
Thank you, Heather! I can't wait for Sean to be old enough for these books!
If there is a specific item just let me know!
I should have done some cat poses! ;)
Me too! Thanks!
Now I'll have to go back and figure it out!
It's a great dress. I really love it!
I've been re-reading both now for about a week, and Christopher Pike is definitely the stronger writer!!
And Sweet Valley High for me. I read A LOT!!
Thank you, Bella!
Thank you, Alexandra! That's a huge compliment coming from you!
Thank you!
Me too. I'd love some real ones!
Thank you, Jenny! And I should have known you'd be a Pike/Stine fan! You are too cool not to be a fan!
I love that red one. One of my co-workers has it and that pin-tuck detail is great!!
The store is easy, but it is a bit of work, and there's so much you can do to personalize it (I haven't done anything like that!).
Thank you so much for commenting, Crystal (and for reading)!!! And thank you for the kind compliments!
Absolutely! It is wonderful.
I get that. Sometimes I get a lot of strange looks from some of the older teachers, but I try to ignore them!
It's still online and you'd look ,amazing in it!
Online. Do it now!
They are so silly to read now, but it's definitely got me nostalgic!
Yes, you do! And good call buying yourself the necklace too!
Oh, gosh please do!
Thank you!
Thank you so much!
