Splurge or Save: Fox Sweaters
My obsession with foxes continues, so you can imagine my excitement when three reader friends both emailed me last week to tell me about Old Navy's new fox-print sweater. I immediately (!!!) purchased it, so thanks Selah and Virginia and Shurree- you gals are the best! If you are wanting a foxy sweater for fall, I suggest you grab one now! Modcloth has sold out of their sweater once already this season, and Old Navy is notorious for selling out and never restocking!

Well the FIRST thing I did was order one for me. The SECOND thing I did was email you. I like the face better on the Modcloth one. I like the tail better on the ON one. But the ON price had it all over the competition. (Also, the MC one was gone.)
Can't wait to see how you style it bliend!

You are a lucky girl to nab that foxy sweater. I have called 4 old navy stores and been to one and no one has this sweater, no one has even heard of it. You should have bought them all and re-sold them at a mark up, you'd be rich ;-)
I instantly thought of you when I saw this sweater on ON website! Go and get it!
BTW, wore mine with my ON denim pencil skirt, brown tights, and cognac knee boots.
Dang! Why didn't I think of that! The day I heard about it online I had my husband go to the nearest Old Navy to buy it in person, but they too had never heard of it. He told the girl I saw it online, and she said it can take several weeks to get new arrivals in store- so, keep checking!

Smart thinking! I left out the part about the MC sweater design carrying over to the back of the sweater, so the big bushy tail is adorable and on the backside, but still not worth $50 extra!

Then I won't tell you that the MC fox's tail is on the back of the sweater... Oops, I just did! It was super adorable, but also super expensive, and that's just never gonna happen!
I agree. I think they have been doing a great job the past few seasons. They are stepping up their game- I actually prefer them to Gap!
