Earn Your Stripes

It's amazing how much better you feel after just a little bit of sunshine! I was feeling pretty down in the dumps Wednesday, but, as promised, I wore this amazing Eloquii dress from Gwynnie Bee the next day and couldn't stop smiling! I've mentioned it before, but one thing I love about Gwynnie Bee is having the opportunity to try different styles out risk-free. If I were shopping online, I probably wouldn't have bought this particular dress, but with GB's "Clothing Without Commitment", I knew I could always send it back ad try something else if it didn't work out.

Dress- Eloquii c/o Gwynnie Bee

This was a gamble that paid off! I loved the full A-Line silhouette on the dress. I felt very "swishy" all day. You know what I mean? This dress had an awesome 50s' vibe to me, and I am totally in love with it!

Thank you all so much for the encouragement and suggestions for curbing my spending! I am definitely going to shop mindfully now and make a list of essentials. This dress is going on that list!

The shape of this dress is very similar to one I bought recently. I wasn't sure about the pleating but I really like it on. Very feminine!

What a cute dress! You look great. And I have to mention, it looks like you could use a size down in it. Which is never a bad thing. ; ) Happy to hear you're feeling better. Enjoy the weekend! =)

I'm really liking your styled all ruffly and cute! And this dress is awesome...it's got that classic Audrey shape, but the stripes and color are perky and modern.
