Spot On!

It's time to get serious on the blog. Seriously, it's the end of July which means in a few weeks. my summer is over and done. As I mentioned in a previous post, I've been trying to weed out undesirables from my closet, and along with that, I am also trying to get back into a professional frame of mind. On Monday, August 12, school starts back for me which means my sloppy summer attire gets packed up. I've been very conscious of the items I've been buying in anticipation of the cooler months to come, and I've been trying out a few "work" dresses from Gwynnie Bee as well.

Shoes- Cato's (old, similar here)

I got word today that Gwynnie Bee is now offering a "Try It, Then Buy It" program with the clothes they offer. I am really excited about that because I loved this dress and actually searched all over the internet for it the other night. I couldn't find it, but now I know that I have the option of buying it from GB. I think this is a dress that I would wear well into the fall and winter with cardigans and tights, and it's great for summer and spring as well. I love the timelessness of pairing black and white with red, and I've done in many times on the blog (see here, here and here for proof).

I've also gotten in a ton of new Premier jewelry, so I've enjoyed playing around with new combinations. I went very simple on this day with just a big, chunky necklaces and a few rings. I purposely bought the bow ring a size smaller than I wear, so I could use it as a "midi ring". I love it because it's like a new version of the old "tie a piece of string around your finger to remember something", you know? I'm not sure what it's helping me to remember yet, but I'm sure it will come in handy!

beautiful! I love this whole look. Your haircut is making me think I need to quit growing mine out... I can never quite get the pixie cut to look right on me . . . maybe it is not cut right.

I love this dress! I'm also wearing a polka dot dress on my blog today. Even though it's printed it's a muted landscape that you can just keep adding to! Maybe with a dark teal in fall and the red again in winter, pink in spring, orange in summer. Timeless and fabulous. You better buy it!

Wearing

very much keen to take the design of branded Rick Owens Clothing with great
collection of dresses. You can take the snap shot of Rick Owens Clothing with
